Holiday House at the Costa Blanca / Alicante

The house is located in a small urbanisation called „Oasis“ near by the urbanisation „La Marina“, which is between the towns “Santa Pola” and “Guardamar”. The distance to the airport in Alicante is about 20 kilometres. The distance to the sea with its beautiful and very long sand beaches is about 3 kilometres.

The community pool near the house is open and free of charge in the high season. Restaurants and bars, supermarkets, doctors and banks are within a walking distance in the urbanisation „La Marina“, as well as public swimming baths.

The terraced house (about 40 square metres) is fully equipped for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room with a double bed and a big balcony on the first floor, living room with an open kitchen, bathroom and terrace on the ground floor. It is comfortable furnished and located in a quiet area. Sat-TV (German programmes, CNN, CNBC Europe) and washing machine, as well as bed-linen and bath towels are available.

The rental is various from season to season:

Rental for one day: High season: 29 Euro (June, July, August, September)

Mid season: 25 Euro (April, May, October, 15. December – 15. January )

Low season: 21 Euro (November, 01. -14. December, 16. - 31. January, February, March)

Final cleaning (bed-linen and bath towels included): 40 Euro

We offer as well the following services: Airport-Transfer, each way 20.- Euro Two small bicycles, per week 10,- Euro Shopping tours for example to Lidl, Aldi or Plus are possible.
