Holiday Apartment in La marina - House “Marita”

The house is located in the urbanisation „La Marina“, which is between the towns “Santa Pola” and “Guardamar”.
The distance to the airport in Alicante is about 20 kilometres.
The distance to the sea with its beautiful and very long sand beaches is about 4 kilometres.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, doctors and banks are within a walking distance, as well as public swimming baths.

It is an apartment in a private house and it is fully equipped for 1 - 4 persons. It has two sleeping rooms with double beds, a big living room with an open kitchen and dinette, as well as a big bathroom with shower.
The terrace is big and sunny with view to a park area.
It is comfortable furnished and located in a quiet area. Cable-TV and washing machine, as well as bed-linen and towels are available.

The rental is various from season to season:

Rental for one day: High season: 30 Euro (June, July, August, September)

Middle season: 25 Euro (April, May, October)

Low season: 20 Euro (November, December, January, February, March)

Final cleaning (bed-linen and towels included): 40 Euro

The heating in winter (gas) will be charged separately
Towels for the beach are not available.
Long term rent ( November to March ) on request.

We offer as well the following services: Airport-Transfer, one way 20.- Euro Two small bicycles, per week each 10,- Euro Shopping tours for example to Lidl, Aldi or Plus are possible.
