Holiday Apartment in Torrevieja - House “Betty”

It is a nice apartment in a private house in the outskirts of the town Torrevieja at the Costa Blanca.
The distance to the airport in Alicante is about 40 kilometres.
The distance to the sea with its beautiful beaches is about 1 kilometre.
Which is only a walking distance of about 10 minutes.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, doctors and banks are available

The apartment is fully equipped for 1 - 2 persons. It has one sleeping room with a double bed, a big living room with dinette, a separate kitchen, as well as a small bathroom with shower.
The sunny terrace is in a big private garden with a lot of palm trees and pool. The pool can be used when the owner is there, otherwise it is covered.
It is comfortable furnished and located in a quiet area. Sat-TV and washing machine, as well as bed-linen and towels are available.

The rental is various from season to season:

Rental for one day: High season: 30 Euro (June, July, August, September)

Middle season: 25 Euro (April, May, October)

Low season: 20 Euro (November, December, January, February, March)

Final cleaning (bed-linen and towels included): 40 Euro

The heating in winter (gas) will be charged separately
Towels for the beach are not available.
Long term rent ( November to March ) on request.
